No, you are NOT allowed to change tutorial classes now in the coming week. As far as I understand, the time frame for students to change tutorial classes is already over. In addition, the power to change tutorial classes does not vest with the lecturer. You will need to check with the Dept which in any case, will convey to you the same message which I have mentioned above.
